Hi Guys,
Can someone advise me when CUCM/CUC version 10.x is set for EOL. My customer would like to upgrade to 11.5 however I would like to know when it is marked to EOL for software support?

If you dont find your version here that means EOL is not yet announced.

I am having some troubles with those bulletins.
- Some of them are only for a certain version on BE6K and not for CUCM . Example v11 : http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/business-edition-6000/eos-eol-notice-c51-738414.html ) seems EoS announced. So v10.x and v11.x are still available for new CUCM 's as I can't find a bulletin for those.
- I can find one for BE6K v11 but not for BE6K v10, so BE6K v10 licences are still available ?
- Some are only for the (add on) licences, example http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/eos-eol-notice-c51-736367.html
I can't find the same for v9 or up, so these are still available ?
- Some are only for B and C tiers but not for A tiers, so if there isn't one for A tier, the A tier licenses are still available ? So v9 licences still can be bought ?
Isn't there a overview ( table ) somewhere with versions, BE6K, CUCM, software part codes and add licences mentioned ?

As per that document, only BE6K 11.0 is EOS and the replacement for that will be 11.5 which with active contract you would be able to upgrade. Also I do not find any EoS notice for 10.X version.
Regarding 9.x licenses, add-on licenses UCL Tier B&C are EoS as per the below link:

Also CUCM 9.x is already EoS, so you wont be able to order that as well as Tier A licenses. The only option is to go with 10.x or 11.5.

But the tier A licenses are still available, as I can't neverwhere find these mentioned in an EOS buletin :
LIC-CUCM-9X-BAS-A
LIC-CUCM-9X-ESS-A
LIC-CUCM-9X-ENH-A
LIC-CUCM-9X-ENHP-A
( these are available within R-UCL-UCM-LIC-K9, and I still can make a valid estimate for these : Valid as of 26-Jun-2017 06:45:05 PDT)

My bad. Yes only the SW 9.x (product) cannot be ordered now. But the below is stated in the same doc:
//Cisco Unified Communications Manager User Connect Licensing (UCL) Tier A Add-on Licenses continue to be available, however, the UCLAdd-On Licenses (Tiers B and C ) will be no longer be offered after the End-of-Sale period identified in this bulletin. Customers wanting to expand their licenses can use the UCL Tier A add-on Licenses.//
