We already have c220-M3SBE with cucm 10.5. we are planning to upgrade to version 11.5.
Is there any hardware issue ?

Hi Waqas,
check the readme for 11.5 OVA, if your server can support the requirement listed in OVA you should be good

As long as any UCS server shows up in VMWare HCL list and carries a supported CPU model you can use it for UC deployment (CM in this case). Refer below:
