CUCM 8.6.2.22900-9 MOH issue

HI,

I am facing one problem related to MOH, problem details are given below,

i have three cucm servers PUB, SUB and MOH/TFTP.

Phones are registered to SUB and backup is PUB for MOH also SUB is primary and PUB is backup server. Servers are at DC, not hardware resource are available at DC , phone are at Branch sites. MOH server and phones are at same region using G711.

When Phone A calls Phones B in same branch location or vica versa and one party put on hold another party MOH is not working.

but when i use subscriber as MOH server where all phones are registered MOH working fine from Subscriber server.

What i observed is when on phone registered server we enabled MOH service, MOH works fine, but if we use standalone MOH server it does not work.

Not sure what is the reason that Standalone MOH server  not working.

Appricate if someone help me to resolve this issue.

Do you have the MoH audio file uploaded to all the servers?

Multicast MoH or?

Do you hear silence or beeps when it isn't working?

Are all the MoH servers registered and assigned to mrgls properly?

1) unicats MOH.

2) silence beep

3) all moh servers are registered.

4)all are assigned to mrgls

Exclude both MOH when you are selecting in Media Resource Groups.

By the way on which CUCM version are you?

You did not answer if you uploaded the MOH source file to all servers.  Can you describe your MRG and MRGL configuration?
