Hi Guys,
My Customer did upload 06 licenses of essential and now in ELM is showing the information that that have insuficiente licenses. I am attaching the print with error,
Any have idea about this?

We had an almost identical experience.
When we installed a PAK on Aug 19th, our ELM began showing insufficient licenses. (We had an excess prior to that).
Reviewing the license transactions, it appears we "lost" 22 basic and 109 essential licenses.
A TAC case was less then helpful - he suggested we just use the 10 ->1 Cuwl feature on our analog phones to get back in compliance. Didn't want to review logs or do any diagnostics....
I engaged our sales rep to assist.

Hi Wilson,
the attached snapshot shows none of Essential licenses loaded .
Lastly, why customer only purchased 6 essential licenses when required were 447.

Hi Gary,
The TAC and License Team concluded that the problem is lack license. The Customer bought license, but, didn´t received the licenses.
