Hi,
We are currently running CUCM version 11 and we cannot generate the CDR Report. This is a newly deployed cluster. We have one pub and one sub. As per checking the Cisco CAR DB service it is not running, I tried starting it thru the CLI but it still not working. I tried restarting the CDR services from pub and sub but still to no avail. Below is the screenshot

Hi Rahzby,
Couple of things that you can try:
1. restart the cucm server
2. Try fixing any file system errors by using recovery iso

Was there any IP change on CUCM Cluster, if so that might have broken it, which required root access for fix,Open TAC case for fix.

Apart from good tips by my friend Manish (+5) - You can also
-Confirm your db replication is good
- Try restarting the "A Cisco DB" service and then try restarting the CAR DB

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for the reply. We recently run into hardware issue which cause for the CUCM to crashed and we have reinstalled it then restore thru DRS. But we did not change any IP address.
