We are facing issue while creating sip trunk between cucm and grandstream pbx .
Cucm (134.119.189.230)
Grandstream(213.175.162.27)
From Cisco call is not working .

You would request you to implement Cisco CUBE for SIP HEADER modification.

Secondly I would suggest to implement NAT on Grandstream SIP TRUNK IP Address.
Make sure the transport, protocol, codec matches at both the ends.
While configuring SIP trunk on Cisco do mention " voice-class sip options-keepalive" in dial-peer for monitoring the SIP TRUNK status on CUBE.

Without a session border controller, known as SBC or CUBE in Cisco terminology, you would very likely not get this to work. Do you’re self a favour, take the advice given and setup a SBC in the call path.
