Hello,
I deployed a Call Manager (version 12.5) with Extenion Mobility.
In System>Service Parameters I disable the logout timer in Extension Mobility service:
Enforce Intra-cluster Maximum Login Time => False |
However, I can see on my Phone that there is a Log Out Time:
Log in Time | jeudi 14 janvier 2021 15 h 30 GMT |
Log out Time | jeudi 14 janvier 2021 23 h 30 GMT |
How can I disable the log out time ? I want the phones to stay login until user manually logout.

This parameter specifies the maximum time that a user is allowed to be locally logged in to a device, such as 8:00 (8 hours) or :30 (30 minutes). The system ignores this parameter if the Enforce Maximum Login Time parameter is set to False. |

THank you for your answer.
In fact the Enforce Maximum Login Time parameter is already set to False.... And I still have a logout timer.
I tried to restart the EM service, no difference.
