Dear everybody,
I'm now using CUCM 8.6 with a publisher and a subscriber
and about 1000 phones had registered to this cluster
all the IP phones are using
- subscriber as the primary active CUCM, and
- publisher as the standby CUCM
If I am going to add another 300 phones to this cluster,
How do I know the CUCMs have enough resource to handle the extra 300phoens or more?
I have checked the processor and memory on both CUCM via the RTMT
Publisher
processor avg usage : about 75%
memory avg usage : about 90%
Subscriber
Processor avg usage : about 60%
Memory avg usage : about 75%
But those information seems hard to evaluate... what will happen after extra serveral hundreds phone to be added.
Is there any idea ?
Thanks
Sam

What hardware are you using for the servers? If UCS which OVA templates?

Search for MCS /UCS on the below link:

Hope that helps , coz its just recommendation. For real time evaluation , I also want to know .
