We have problem with CUCM replication.
We tried to remove/add subscriber from/to system - server and some other commands.
We require new point of view.
There is also problem with time on subscriber, but I guess it's because of replication issue.

Hi,
Can you check if the A Cisco DB is running on the SUB using the command utils service list? Also, you mentioned NTP sync is bad on CUCM SUB which can be a problem. I would suggest you to first make sure that the NTP on the CUCM is synched with a stratum value of less than 5 and for CUCM SUB the NTP should be PUB automatically . If the PUB is synched correctly with an NTP server at a stratum value less than 5 then SUB will also get synched unless until there is any network issue between the two.
Can you please send us the output of the following:
From SUB:
1. Show status
2. Utils diagnose test
3. Utils service list
4. Utils network ping "Hostname of the PUB"
5. Utils ntp status
6. run sql select * from processnode

Problem with NTP synchronization is resolved.
Replication is completed after Subscriber reboot.

One DB Replication command that I have started to use a lot in recent times is utils dbreplication rebuild all , run it from CM Pub that seems to fix it most of the times unless there are some entries within the file system that are severely degraded or do not exist at all and hence require TAC involvement to fix from root.
You can always reference this golden DB Replication document to understand how all it works:
