Hello all ,
When we try to call to specific destination , the call disconnect .
The scenario is : CUCM->SIP TRUNK TO Provider->provider
we got error 483 "too many hops"
The provider of calls request to change the amount of MAX-FORWARDS in PBX .
How we can modify the Max-forward value of SIP trunk ?
my CUCM version is 10.5.2

Hello,
i think you should consider sip normalization using lua scripts.

In CUCM 12.5 Max-Forwards parameter is available as:
Maximum Redirections parameter in SIP Profile - Allows you to use this configuration variable to determine the maximum number of times that the phone allows a call to be redirected before dropping the call. Default specifies 70 redirections.

If you have an SBC between your CM and the service provider you can change this with a SIP profile.
