Hello,
If it is only a SUB , why don't you re-install it from scratch, it is easier and it is only have to be configured on the CUCM as a new server with the new IP address.

Hi all
I've tried to force a setting, but I can't get anything to work. Set Network nic eth0
Then variations of auto disable, full, 100, etc..

It looks like you're running at half duplex:
Auto enabled, Half, 100 Mbits/s
Check your switch settings to make sure it's set to auto and/or hard code it to full duplex.

Hello
Chris
I have already check this one but no chance still showing link detected is No
now i am connected cable to NIC port 2 is working fine, any idea what is the pblm for

Hello,
It could be a hardware defect , you are saying that when you convert to NIC2 , all is working fine , i don't think you changed something from the switch or anything , you just plugged the cable right , so my guess is that the NIC1 has a hardware defect.

Hello,
Yes i just plugged the cable NIC2,

so it is a hardware defect , if you have a active support contract replace the box , but there is no problem with working on NIC2.

Open either a RMA case or cisco TAC case , the engineer will check the problem and then he will order a RMA replacement for your hardware , depends on your support level you will recieve the replacement.
