We have an existing CUCM 10.5.2 cluster and tried to add a new Subscriber but it is keep failing during the end of the install. Current cluster is running 10.5.2.12901-1, since we don't have a bootable ISO we are using "Bootable 10.5.2.10000-5" and during the install apply the patch 10.5.2.12901-1 but it is keep failing. Attached is the diagnostics fiel from the install if any one can help on this that would be great.
Thanks.

Sorry about the corrupted log file but I did found out it is a bug CSCup36072 luckily I was able to get this bootable 12901-1 through my co-worker and installed fine.
Thanks again for taking time to check this.

Log file is corrupted to start with. Rather than doing a patch upgrade that based on my personal experience while t/s such cases is always painful. I will strongly recommend that you contact TAC and check if they can provide you a bootable ISO for 10.5.2.12901-1 and do the installation using that only. Also, I hope that you have added the entry of Subscriber server that you are trying to add in the publisher Call Manager under System >> Server along with other necessary details that are required during installation such as Security Password (should be the same as set on Publisher CM), Publisher CM details, network details etc.
