Hi,
Wondering if there's any licenses/upgrade SKU needed to upgrade CUCM v12.5 to v14?
Currently we have smart licensing. We are just worried about the licenses needed and will Cisco TAC still support us?

Hi,
You should have an active contract with cisco. You can check the eligibility from your MCE portal Licenses >> Version upgrade.

Either you need to have licenses for your specific version or you use version agnostic license. With the former you can be on any version, it is not tied to a specific version. The global licensing support org (GLO) will be able to help you out as long as you have a valid support contract that covers this.

You can place the upgrade license through MCE. Access the MCE from https://mce.cisco.com/mce/#/login/portal
Another option is open a ticket with Cisco Licensing TAC and they will help you covering the licenses to 14.

IN both cases you should have a valid Contract.
New license are agnostic, it work with any versions..
