Hi
I have CUCM BE 6.1. 2 days back I rebooted the server couple of times for resolving CUP connectivity issues.
After doing this I ran into a problem. All the devices (Phones and Gateway end points) status is unknown while they are functioning fine. All the phones are correctly registered and are working fine but the admin interface shows their status unknown
Any help in this regards is appreciated

Do you have Pub and Subs or just one server?
if you have more than one servers maybe it is DB replication issue.
try to restart the RIS data collector.

Have you already tried restarting the RIS service?
That's the one that polls the status information for devices
It was already suggested but you don't mention if you did.

sounds like the database isnt properly updating phone status via the webpage. If it would be unregistered in the CUCM DB, you would get an engaged tone when dialing any of the unknown devices, which is not the case according to you.
can you reset one of the phones from CUCM admin pages, and see if it's status changes to registered?
