Hello Experts,
We are planning to upgrade the existing dial plan. I did install successfully the latest dial plan through CUCM OS Admin --> S/W Upgrades --> Install/ Upgrade in the Publisher. Then I found the latest version reflecting in the Available version in Call Routing --> Dial Plan Installer in all the Subscribers too.
When I try to install in the Publisher first place, nothing happens. After I click Install it just does nothing. Please help me. Attached is a snapshot of the dial plan installer screen.

Hi there,
I'm guessing that you are seeing this restriction due to the version
of CUCM that you are running
The dial plan dp-ffr.1-1-21.GB.cop.sgn is the signed equivalent for
5.x Call Manager ***ONLY***
From the ReadMe for 1.1(21)

Hi,
Despite the incorrect cop file in my case, the dial-plan upgrade failure was a bug that was fixed in 8.5.1 SU2.

Rob, Sorry to say that this dial plan was provided by one of the big telecom companies providing support for us... will have to check with them.... Thanks Rob... You come in for rescue when we are in need.... Many Many Thanks !!!
