DNA, or Dialed Number Analyser as the full name is, have different options for analysis. Phones, Trunks, Gateways or the generic Analyser. The once that is specific for a type of device simulate a call as if it was made by that endpoint. The generic analysis can be used if none of the other fits or if you simply want to check what would happen if you make a call with a specific CSS and called and calling party numbers.
Calling party is the number of the number that makes the call and Dialed number is the number that is called.

I am not sure what type of troubleshooting you trying. please provide bit more information.
As @rRoger Mentioned, you have different options for analysis on DNA.
Regarding the Analyzer input, below analysis i did on my CUCM to find the call flow of an inbound call with called information 200
If you need to see the call flow for below debug , on DNA gateway analysis use Calling Party=7791000 and Dialed Digits=4444
Calling Party Number i = 0x0081, '7791000'
Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown
Called Party Number i = 0x80, '4444'

Is your ISDN debug from an inbound or an outbound call?
