what is the difference between phone button template and soft key template

Hi Syed,

First Phone button is the one which is in the side of ur screen where ur extension displays and it depends on the phone type how many buttons u have

Second Softkey is the one which is button of ur screen.

Phone button template can have the features in the belove figure

Soft key template

Hi,

       the phone button template configuration(as shown in rakesh configuration screenshot) is done for the buttons marked red in the picture.  The softkey template configured(as shown in rakesh configuration screenshot) for the softkeys marked blue as in the picture.
