Hello,
Can you share the exact steps that you are using, starting from the steps on cucm.
1. Were there any errors when you took the DMA
2. How many MB/GB is the file, can you please a different SFTP server, filezilla etc, any cisco supported SFTP server, if the file is more than 1 GB
3. does the sftp user have read/write privileges.

Also, looks like u have build the cucm server first and then you are restoring.
From what i remember you need to restore the DMA during the installation.
If you are using DRS GUI to restore DMA i do not think it will work.
If you had no errors on taking the DMA, restore DMA during the installation process, that should work

Hi,
for DMA you need to import the DMA files in the installation phase. when you install ccm 7.1.3 it will ask you if it is an upgrade from windows version, at that step you will enter SFTP info
