Hi Please see the picture in attachment. H323 router is registered in CUCM and H323 is configured in the router. but it shows Unknown(yellow highlighted) status in CUCM. Do you think it is normal? Thank you

Yes this is normal with H323. As long as you see the ip address of the H323 gateway, you should be good to go. H323 is a peer to peer protocol and hence it doesnt register with cucm like mgcp which uses a client/server model

You will not see an h323 gateway while creating a route group if you have assigned this gateway directly on a route pattern. Check your route patterns to see if this gateway is assigned directly on any of them, remove it from that route pattern and then you will be able to see this h323 gateway when creating a route group.

Thank you so much for your reply. but I cannot select the route group since I cannot see the route group which includes the gateway(the router) when i am creating route list. Do you have any idea?

Have you configured the route group?

Yes, I have configured

Then you should see it in the route list. How may RG do you have? Can you post a picture of what you see?

Please see the picture in attachment. I just began to create RG, and I just created one RG which was selected a route list. When I am trying to create the second route list, I cannot see the second gateway, which is mentioned above.

Just solved it. I just found that I had not clicked "add route group" button on the right

I am confused. He says he cant see the route group, not the gateway. Unless I am missing something..
