dropped calls problems

Hi

We have a router Cisco 3845 wiht some FXO ports connected, the proble we have is this:

If a external user make a call to the PBX, and drop that call before some answered, the router drops this call to an extension like 10 seconds after the call was end by the user, when you pick up the phone there is no active call obviously.

     Can we see an example configuration of your fxo ports? Are you using the "connection plar opx"?

All the ports have the samen configuration:

voice-port 0/0/0

trunk-group PSTN

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone CR

input gain 5

timeouts call-disconnect 5

timeouts wait-release 5

connection plar 8950

caller-id enable

Jefferson,

Try changing the connection plar command to connection plar opx.
