hi
i would like to make backup for my cucm server but i faced a problem
when i acces to DRS page to make backup i wait for a lot of time but the page is not displayed also i changed the brower and the computer but still have the same problem
please see the attached file

Hi,
I faced the similar issue with CUCM 10.5 when I was using IE 11 where in DRS page would take very long time.
Tried IE 9 and worked fine.
I suppose u are using CUCM 9.1

May need to restart the DRF local and master Network Services on all of the CUCM servers.

Hi,
Apart from the points mentioned by Aman [+5] , you can try restarting the Cisco Tomcat service using the following command
utils service restart Cisco Tomcat
