DRS not working after upgrade

Hi,

I have upgraded a CUCM 8.5 to 11. The upgrade went OK, can see all devices/users etc. What is not working is the DRS menu.

When I am going to Disaster Recovery System menu, I can see the menu, but whatever I click for example Backup/Backup Device, the browser seems busy but it never displays anything. And this is for all options in the DRS menu. The same is when I execute CLI commands related to DRS, for example I type "utils disaster_recovery device list" and it seems the system is busy, but it never returns anything.

Any has an idea why this is?

I tried all browsers, but for all browsers the same problem.

Has anyone seen this?

Adding to that, please do check ipsec certificates and see that they are not expired on all the nodes.

Hi JH,

Are the services up and running ? Pls try restarting the DRF master and DRF local services to see if that helps.

I had the same issue on UCCX 10.6(1)SU2. The IPSec certs were not expired but I regenerated them. rebooted the UCCX cluster and hey presto - DRS was working again.

The tomcat and ipsec were expired. After regenerating them all works fine
