DSP stuck in RESET on PVDM4

Hi all,

I have an ISR4331 with 4xFXO and PVDM4-32, but PVDM4 is in APP_DNLDING and reset state. Already reset the PVDM and rebooted the router but no luck. Is there anyone who can help on this? The IOS-XE version is 16.06.05.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Have you seen this thread?

Cheers!

Hi Rob, it is different issue, The PVDM4 state were up before, not it is stuck in reset state.

ISR1#hw-module subslot 0/4 reload
%Command cannot be executed. Card in subslot 0/4 is already reloading (operational status = booting) - use the 'force' option to override
ISR1#hw-module subslot 0/4 start
%Command cannot be executed. Card in subslot 0/4 is already started (operational status = booting)
