DX650 Corporate directory not working

Hello All,

We have enabled TLS 1.2 in CUCM 11.5 , our corporate directory not working .

Error - handshake failed .

HTTP - phone service directory will not work .

Is there any workaround for this ?

That phone and a few other models doesn’t support TLS 1.2. It would not get updates for ITL files and with this it should not get updates on configuration settings either.

Is there any work around for dx650 to corporate directory like in legacy phone model we can configure http phone service directory..

What about jabber , you have any idea for this ...I guess this will work .

For DX series supported firmware is CE and its not available for DX650.

I am looking for workaround for directory search in DX650 like in CP-9971 we can configure phone services and subscribe that services for directory search .
