Has anyone seen this tyoe of behavior. When a user logd into a phone using EM, then you search on extension of the EM Profile you cannot find phone the only way is to use route plan report
I dont seem to remember this in version 6 or 7

Hi Miket,
This is the normal behaviour.
You can get the details of Users who have logged in EM through Actively Logged in Device .[DEvice---Phone---Actively Logged in Device from Related Links ]
the other way u have already mentioned is from Route Plan Report.

Hi Miket,
You can only see User logged through Actively Logged in Device tab.
Another option is go to: Cisco Unified Reporting->Unified CM Extension Mobility (
Extension Mobility Logged in Detail): https://

Miket, it should display all pphone logged running extension mobility. Are you sure about that?
If Cisco Unified Reporting is working fine so just use it .
