Do you have any idea to set alert by send email specific email, When E1 PRI [MGCP] was down
Can I use RTMT?

Hi,
In Alert Central on RTMT, on the Call Manager tab you should be able to configure an alert for MgcpDChannelOutOfService. You will be able to configure the Alert for it to email you when it occurs.
