Hi,
We're using CUCM version 5.1.3.8000-4 and a Cisco 2881 as VoIP-Router.
I'm doing tests on FXO port 0/1/3 where caller ID service is active from phone service provider.
On 2881, show call active voice brief command giving me right inbound caller ID information.

But on IP phones, I'm getting "unknown number".
Any idea about which configuration is missing?
Thank you!

What protocol are you using to control the GW? if MGCP caller ID is not supported until recent versions, if H323 do you have caller-id enable on the voice-port defined?

Sure, it is. Simply configure the GW with H323 as you can have both MGCP and H323 on the same GW as long as they don't control the same voice ports. Then add dial-peers on the GW and add H323 GW pointing to it on CUCM.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your answer. You're right, it's MGCP. Is it possible to change it to H323. It will require many configurations? It'll result in many changes?
Thank you!
