End user is reporting "End Call button does not always show when on a call and another call come in. The customer would like to hang up on line 1, but the End Call button does not show when another call is ringing in"
I don't see End Call as a option under Softkey Template for Ring In?

Hi Jason,
Try changing the System setting Auto-Call Select. With this Enabled the Display Focus (and Softkeys) always switch to the new incoming call. So if disabled the focus and Softkeys will stay on Call #1 so the End Call softkey
can be selcted.
Available on an individual phone via this setting
Device>Phone>Phone Configuration>Product Specific Configuration>Auto Call Select>Disabled

I don't think you can disconnect an existing call while another one is ringing.
