Expansion module 7915

Hi All,

I have 2 questions about expansion module 7915. the first is how i can active the screen light? the second is : the expansion module 7915 can get the power by PoE from IP Phone?

you have to supply power to the side card through a power cube and connect it up  with an AUX lead to the main phone.Check overview section here for the compatibility and here is a good thread about configuration

So we can't supply it directely from IP Phone by PoE (AUX Lead)?

Hi Maussa,

To make is simpler:

1 IP phone  with POE + 1 7915 module = need power adapter

1 IP phone  with local power + 1 7915 module =no additional power cube.

1 IP phone  with POE or local + 2 7915 module = Definitely need power cube
