Finding User in Unity from Exchange server

We had an employee leave us and then come back. Her Exchange account was never deleted but her Unity account was. We reactivated her Exchange account but I cannot find the user through Unity anymore.

They do not show up under Subrcribers that exist nor when I look them up for a new user.

Any ideas on this?

Other new employees do show up to be added.

This happens when Unity specific attributes are not removed from AD. Download Remove Subscriber Properties from ciscounitytools.com and use it. Once you remove subscriber properties you should be able to import the user again.
