Firmware Upgrade

Dear All,

I have CUCM 11.5 and in this setup i have two type of VOIP phones which are 6945 and 7841 .i want to upgrade the firmware in the latest so please tell me ,how can i do that?

Go to Cisco software download page and get the firmware version that you'd like to upgrade to. Read the installation guide. Install downloaded COP the file on all your nodes in the cluster. As you're on CM 11 PCD would be the best and easiest way to install the new firmware. Restart TFTP service on any server that has the service activated. That's it.

• Download the Firmware from software.cisco.com.
• Make sure you read the Release notes for the downloaded firmware.
• If the release note mention any intermediate versions, first upgrade to the intermediate and then to the final release. 
• Upload the firmware to all nodes
• Restart the TFTP and restart the phones.
