For incoming FXO calls auto attendant does not respond to digit entry

Hi All,

For incoming FXO calls auto attendant does not respond to digit entry from certain provider, whereas recognize digit entries from other providers normally and the forwarded the entered extension normally.

Call flow:

PSTN caller – FXO – (Router to CUCM sip trunk)-CUCM-(CUCM to CUC sip Trunk)-Unity

 

What the problem looks like Is it dtmf issue with this certain provider, or misconfiguration please help me how to fix this issue.

Just to clarify: are you saying DTMF isn’t recognized for any call on the analog line plugged into that FXO port or only calls originating from a specific carrier?

Hi,

Can you activate a debug ccapi inout , debug voip  dsm dsp and debug voip rtp session named-event and aks someone from a non working provider to make a call?

Then post the output
