Hi

I'm pretty new in the Voip business, so I need your help.

I have a Huntpilot 7479002 in EU that i need to forward to a external number +1XXXXXXXX in US after EU hours

The time schdule will be like this

Mon-Fri 6:00am to 6:00pm it should go to the Huntpilot 7479002(EU) and the rest of the time it should go to the US number.

We use CUCM 11.5 and Unity 11.5

How would you guys do that?

/Chris

You will need to create time of day routing (ToD).  This document should help:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/109588-tod-routing-example00.html

When you get to step 5 of the document, you will need to have that DN set to forward to your international number in the US.

Will it be possible to get it through Unity?

If you prefer to do the time of day check in Unity via a schedule, you could but you will need to route the 7479002 number to Unity first before sending it back to the hunt pilot, etc. You setup 7479002 as CTI Route Point that is forwarded All to voicemail, in Unity it matches a call handler that has the proper schedule applied and based on time routes to desired final destination.  I myself would do this in CUCM via time periods and schedule as suggested, but either way will work.
