FXO pstn call issue

Hi,

I have connected 4 pstn lines to vic2-4fxo on  2921 GW router (h.323) and tried to dial my cucm extension (connection plar 2100).

i cant see any debug output  for (isdn q931, vpm signal,  voip ccapi inout). and when dialing from outside to pstn number which assign with fxo ports 

ports are always on hook  and drom with "sh voice port summary" command.

tried with both loop and ground signalling.

dial-peer configured for both outgoing and incoming.

config is attached.

Help me to resolve this.

connect the lines to an analog handset to check if you are getting signal.

because u should get the off-hook status when issuing the

"sh voice port summary"

regardless of the dial-peers

Hi Soloo,

i am able to dial and received calls when use analog handset.

try changing the vic2-4fxo to a different slot on the router

Hi 

Changed the slot still same no debug output and  voice port summary still drom/idel/on hook.

No green lights when dial to these numbers.

is there any issue with dsp? but i can configure voice-port.

we have E1 card but currently not using it all port are kept down.

Any suggestion plz.

Try to enable debug at monitor level.

logging buffered 4096

logging monitor debug

end

debug vpm all

term mon

See if you see something during a terminal session and during an outgoing all.

Let us know.

Please activate a debug voip dialpeer inout and post the output.

Can you please post the output of first lines of a show logg command such as  Console logging: level debugging  482 messages logged, xml disabled,?
