Hi,
what is your callmanager version ? if you need to configure GPickup or OPickup you need to configure directed Pickup group

Hi
Sorry i misunderstand call pick-up, please correct me if the below thought are correct.
Group call pickup: Enables users to pick up incoming calls destined to DNs on
different pickup groups. Users press the GPickup softkey and dial the appropriate
group number for the destination call-pickup group
Group call pickup means user in other group dials the appropriate DN number and picksup the call for that group
Other group call pickup: Enables users to pick up incoming calls in a group that is
associated with their own group. This type of call pickup is sometimes referred to as
pickup chaining, and it is covered in the next subtopic
Other group call pickup means users no need to dial the DN number for the other group if the other group is associated with the current group.

Hi Clark,
you are correct. users should use pickup softkey for the same group and Gpickup for other groups.
please make sure that there is no overlap between pickup group numbers and internal extension.

Dear Anas,
There are three types of Group: Call pickup,, Group Call pickup,,other group call pickup
I am saying about other group call pickup feature, for example if there are 2 groups group A and Group B and , if Group A is assoiciated with group B and also Group B is associated with Group A , then without dialing the directory number both groups can pickup each others call by pressing the pickup softkey.
Thanks
