I have a Cisco Call Manager 4.0 and I saw some CDR .csv file formats. But i wonder i know How can CCM put call logs. is it using SQL? MYSQL? Or is that the only .CSV file has CCM? I don't think the web based CCM report take the report from the .CSV file only.
I need to know which format CCM put the call logs. If it is SQL format where can i find it?
My mission is to make the call manager call logs web based for superiors. I was trying a 3rd party application like Call Accounting mate but it doesn't connect at all into CCM. If there is a good 3re party application please recommend me that too.
Thank you and Kind Regards,

All the info is in the CDR and CAR DBs that are also in the SQL DB that holds the CUCM config.
Just open the SQL manager and you'll see them.
Before that they're flat files.

Log into the windows server and look in the start menu for the SQL manager.
