Hi everyone,
We're setup to require dialing 9 for outgoing calls, so we can't just re-dial a missed call from the call history. It's such a hassle to write down the number and dialing manually with the 9. Is there a way to automatically add the 9 prefix for all outside missed calls? We don't want to add it to our internal extensions, just outside numbers.
We're on CM 9.1.2.
Thanks alot!

Further adding to Deepak's point which will defintely work for you, you have an additional choice of not to display '9' as a prefix during incoming call but call logs will still store with prefix '9'. You can achieve the same if required using Remote Number CSS on device page.
Please note that it's in addition, not an alternative to what Deepak has suggested.
