How to add multiple SN on CUCM Custom Filter?

Hi

If I understand you correctly, you can't.

LDAP filters do just that - they filter out objects you don't want to see.

What they don't do is manipulate the data.

CUCM has only one 'last name' field, and AD has only one sn attribute - you can't make a filter that would return more than one attribute and concatenate them into one CUCM field.

So is there any other way to get few specific users from different OUs? because we really don't want to pull

that all unneccessarry ADs from root OU, and it doesn't support add more than 4 directories right?

Hi

If you want to sync specific accounts you could try using the 'memberOf' clause in a filter.

That would specify a group in AD, and you would then need to add the users you want to sync into that group.
