How to Automated Call Testing & Reporting on mail

hi all,

i need to make Automated Call Testing & Reporting on **bleep**, i meen there are managers IP Phone i need to test their IP Phones to make sure they are working.

i found below youtube link

but i get a little confused, as this is script, but how can i integrate it to CUCM?

any ideas?

The video is about SIPp. SIPp is an open-source application used for making test calls to specified numbers and sending the call details via email. Essentially, it dials a number to check its functionality and provides you with the Call Detail Record (CDR) of the calls via email. From this, you can determine whether the call was successful.

You can use the Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) to check the status of the phone. Please see if this meets your requirements

is there any way to get mail notification for any register status?

like ip phone unregister or sip trunk down ?

You can have RTMT email you when percentage of phones deregister.  Not good for checking on a single phone, but excellent to discover when a site goes down.
