Hi All,
I have CUC 11.5 with a Single Inbox Feature configure, so when user receives voicemail it's get synced to his Outlook. Do you know if it's possible to forward the copy of those voicemails to another user?
Not manually of course. ))
Basically, when manager receives voicemail in his inbox in Outlook he wants the same voicemail be delivered to his assistant.

Try the "Message Actions" in Unity Connection. You can tell Unity to 'accept and relay', which means the message will be processed normally for the original recipient and also relayed to a second recipient.

I think you can do this from Outlook instead. Create a policy on outlook to auto forward from one particular user to another user.

No, unfortunately either Outlook or Exchange rule wouldn't work because massages are not routed via Exchange they are syncing from Unity.
