IMO, gateway doesn't go into SRST mode ever. That is phones who lost connectivity with CUCM and go into SRST mode to register with gateway, hence I doubt you will get what you are looking for.

Due to Connectivity issue the Phone registered into Gateway. after the connectivity issue is resolved phone registered back into CUCM.

My Question is Is there any way to find when was the last fall back mode was active? after the phone was registered into CUCM.

As I said before, gateway doesn't go into SRST, it is phone who triggers registration with gateway during WAN outage, hence I see the only way to get the logs of phone registration from gateway and check the registration time stamp.

Hi Selva,

If you have enable buffer login on the SRST gateway and you can simply do "sh loggin" and you should see the timelines that the phone registered and unregistered on the SRST gateway.

example is shown below..

Log Buffer (8192 bytes):
10.126.111.249 Socket:33 DeviceType:Phone has unregistered normally.
Dec  4 11:42:00: %IPPHONE-6-REGISTER_NEW: ephone-41:SEP5C5015A9E5C9 IP:10.126.111.249 Socket:33 DeviceType:Phone has registered.
