How to check which versions of IP Phone firmware were installed in cucm?
in DEVICE DEFAULT displays only current version
i need to downgrade to previosly installed versions, but i cant see wich versions were installed

Hi,
In addition to what AOK[+5] has said, u can run the command from CLI to what all firmware are available in CUCM for IP phone models.
example for 3905 model.
file list tftp *3905*

You are not going to get anything on the 794X/6X phones that way..Try this..
file list tftp SCCP42*
file list tftp SCCP45*
file list tftp SCCP75*
The problem with this is that it will show you all the files thta have been installed in the past for these phones. The device defaults page is the only place you will know the current firmware the phones are running

The device defaults is the current version on the phone unless there is a specific firmware on the IP phone itself. Its in the device defaults that the phones know which firmware to load..

You can also try:
file list activelog installed_options.
That should show you all added firmware.

there are many ways of searching
you can try what AOK has suggested. Also, u can use file list tftp SCCP* , file list tftp SIP* , file list tftp *79*
