I'm trying to set up one of our receptionist lines to roll over to another line if the receptionist doesnt answer. I beleive I have things configured correctly, but it doesnt appear to work. Here is a screen shot from within Call Manager. Do I have something ticked wrong? I have confirmed that that search space does contain this directory number that I am trying to forward to.

Just un-check the voicemail check boxes and you should be good to

Thanks Rob. That definitley did it. Since godaddy.com is down, I didnt get an email from this forum. I'm glad I decided to check in. Thank you very much for your help.

Even I am facing similar issue, unchecked voicemail box but no luck. Call Forward no answer does not work. Please help.
