I have a 2801 router that used to run CCM. It no longer requires any voices services and the voice service is now outsourced. How do I remove these voice ports:
voice-port 0/0/0
!
voice-port 0/0/1
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/0/2
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/0/3
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/0
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/1
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/2
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/3
Thank you,

You can admin down them (doing a shut), but to remove them fully, remove the cards (assuming these are 4FXS or FXO ports). also you might want to remove the DSP modules in the router.

Why a 100% correct answer, made with the will to help had been rated just a "3". I've rated it again to partially compensate.
