Hi all,
We have a design issue in which we have managers and assistants. All calls from regular employees to the manager falls to the assistant's phone. And only the other managers can call a manager directly. In the current design, when a regular employee calls a manager, it rings at the assistant's phone, however, on the employee's phone, the called id shows the assistant's info, we want to show the manager's info although it will connect to the assistant.
Thanks in advance for your responses!
Fikri

I think you're complicating things excessively and expecting CM to work in a way it can't.

The phone shows the name of the called person, as it is configured. It cannot show another name.

Not exactly, we configured the call routing so that all external calls and internal calls except other calls from other managers rings at the assistant's phone, for example, the manager's number is 876541010 and the assistant's number is 876541030, when anyone dials 876541010, it rings directl at assistant and therefore it shows the number 1030 to the calling party. However, when a manager, for example 876542010 calls other manager 876541010, it will be routed in the same fashion but we want the 876542010 to see 876541010 information on his/her display, that's the problem.
