Hi Jatinder,
If it is a MGCP Gateway, you can configure RTMT alerts to monitor,
To Monitor MGCP Gateway,
RTMT -> System -> Tools -> Alert Central -> Call Manager -> Alert Name : NumberOfRegisteredGatewayDecreased / NumberOfRegisteredGatewayIncreased
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/5_0_1/ccmsrva/sartmtal.pdf
To monitor the ISDN links on MGCP gatway, you can use MGCPDChannelOutOfService Alerts.
RTMT -> System -> Tools -> Alert Central -> Call Manager -> Alert Name :MGCPDChannelOutOfService Alerts
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Vinay
