How to import CDR data from CUCM 9.1.2 to SQL Server 2008?

Hi Guys,

I've done to transfer CDR data to another server (billing server) by using sftp. Now I would like to know how to import these files to SQL Server 2008.

Please advise and appreciate your help.

CDRs are just CSVs, so you need to go ask in a SQL Server forum on how to do this.

NOTE: The CDR format tends to gain fields between CUCM versions (even minor versions) so you should make sure your import process can handle extra/unexpected fields.

CDR is flat file and no extension, do you know what's best third party software for this?

Variphy has a great CDR solution. There are others out there as well but that was my preferred vendor after looking at other solutions.
