How To Set Default Speakerphone Volume Cisco phone

My company is having a problem with users turning down the Speaker volume on the phone(7281) and missing on broadcast announcements. Is there a way to lock the phone speaker volume to max?

The ring volume feature does not affect broadcast announcements. I tested and found that it is the loudspeaker volume that affects announcements. I already found a configuration menu for setting the maximum ring volume. I need to find a way to set the same for speaker volume.

You didn’t mention the paging product you’re using but most of them allow you to force a volume level for a page group; this can be passed in the XML SDK command to the phone. I traditionally used this for emergency-type groups.

We are using Informacast by Singlewire.  I was able to identify the feature on informacast that allows one to set the broadcast volume and it overrides the stream volume setting on phones.
