Hi guys,
I want to setup a call manager on 2911 router, does anyone know how to make it ?

It would be Call Manager Express as your running it on a router. If you search for setup call manager express in your favorite search engine you should get the information for you to be able to start with this. Once you started and have specific questions please get back to this post.

As @Roger Kallberg mentioned, the call control platform which runs on a Cisco router is called Call Manager Express (AKA CME).
Here is a link which shows the CME Setup. But the link explains only the SCCP phone type. For SIP phone types, you need a separate configuration. Just google how to configure a CME and you could find a large number of video tutorials and guides.
