When I try the following commands from command line I get the below output, please help..
admin:file get license ?
Syntax:
file get license file-spec [options]
file-spec mandatory file to transfer
options optional reltime months|weeks|days|hours|minutes timevalue
abstime hh:mm:MM/DD/YY hh:mm:MM/DD/YY
match regex
recurs
compress
admin:file get install?
Syntax:
file get install file-spec [options]
file-spec mandatory file to transfer
options optional reltime months|weeks|days|hours|minutes timevalue

Can you try
file get license /*
file get install /*

Hi,
you can try file list license * to see what all license files are there in Call manager
to download, you can try
file get license *
you need to have sftp working in background to download files.
